As a mum with a newborn or children, getting up through the night is inevitable.

At the moment until November 29, 2020, Block Blue Light have a 25% off STOREWIDE sale (with the code BF2020) and free delivery worldwide on orders over $99 too which makes it a perfect time to grab one or a couple…
We have found the red light bright enough for middle of the night wakings and breastfeeds but subtle enough that it can remain on all night as well.
We have the Red Light Night Lights in the littles bedroom, in the hallway and in the bathroom (for any middle of the night toilet stops).
We love reading stories as part of our bedtime routine before we turn the light off for chats and a daily debrief. For this we use the Sweet Dreams Sleep globes in our lamps. We love the yellow/orange ambiance. It is much brighter and even turned away it provides ample light.
We haven’t tried the Twilight Red Light before so I cannot personally comment on them however I have been meaning to trial them, so with the sale I guess the time is now. I will update this post with my findings.
If you were thinking of reducing your family’s blue light exposure then why not head over to Block Blue Light and peruse their range of products.
