Indoor Air Quality Assessment
The purpose of an Indoor Air Quality Assessment is to identify potential allergens, particulates, toxicants and to some degree mould/moisture problems that may be negatively impacting the indoor air quality and health of the occupants.
An Indoor Air Quality Assessment involves:
- a pre assessment questionnaire
- a background check of possible external sources of chemical contamination and pollution
- an onsite assessment (2-3 hours)
- executive summary email or comprehensive report
- follow up call
The onsite assessment involves:
- a brief discussion about the questionnaire
- an internal and external inspection
- an indoor air quality assessment
- PRISM laboratory sampling (please note that additional testing incurs additional costs)

Comprehensive EMF Assessment
This is an onsite assessment identifying and quantifying problematic sources of electric fields and magnetic fields as well as sources of radio-frequencies (such as those from cell towers and wifi devices) and dirty electricity.
A Comprehensive EMF Assessment involves:
- a pre assessment questionnaire
- a background check of possible external sources of radio-frequencies
- an onsite assessment (3-5 hours dependent of build, number of bedrooms/occupants, sources, etc)
- executive summary email or comprehensive report

The onsite assessment involves:

Healthy Home Assessment
The purpose of a Healthy Home Assessment is to identify potential allergens, particulates, harmful chemicals, water contaminants, mould/moisture problems and electrosmog that may be negatively impacting the health of the occupants.
A Healthy Home Assessment involves:
- a pre assessment questionnaire
- a background check of possible external sources of chemical contamination/pollution and radio-frequencies
- an onsite assessment (5-7 hours dependent of build, number of issues identified, type and number of samples taken, etc)
- executive summary email or comprehensive report
- follow up call
The onsite assessment involves:

Heavy Metal Testing Assessment
The purpose of a Heavy Metal Testing Assessment is to identify sources of heavy metal exposure such as lead in dust, soil, paint, drinking water (rainwater/bore water or new builds in particular), chicken eggs, toys, ceramics and jewellery.
Heavy metals that may be tested include aluminium (Al), antimony (Sb), arsenic (As), barium (Ba), bismuth (Bi), cadmium (Cd), calcium (Ca), chromium (Cr), cobalt (Co), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), lead (Pb), lithium (Li), magnesium (Mg), manganese (Mn), mercury (Hg), molybdenum (Mo), nickel (Ni), potassium (K), rubidium (Rb), selenium (Se), silver (Ag), sodium (Na), strontium (Sr), tellurium (Te), tin (Sn), titanium (Ti), vanadium (V), or zinc (Zn).
A Heavy Metal Testing Assessment involves:
- a pre assessment questionnaire
- an onsite assessment (1-2 hours dependent on the number of samples taken)
- laboratory testing with a NATA registered lab
- comprehensive lab report with explanation of results and mitigation advice
- follow up call
The onsite assessment involves:
- a brief discussion about the questionnaire
- sampling areas of concern (which may be internal and/or external of the dwelling)

Basic Heavy Metal or Lead Testing $180
* includes up to 2 samples, testing for one heavy metal- please see list above. (Please note/ certain material samples may incur additional charges such as chicken eggs, toys and jewellery)

Comprehensive Heavy Metal or Lead Testing $397
* includes up to 8 samples, testing for one heavy metal (Please note/ certain material samples may require additional preparation and therefore incur additional charges such as chicken eggs, toys and jewellery)

Lead Water Testing only $160
Up to 2 samples, testing for lead in water from any source: rainwater/tank water, bore water, dam water, ground water, river water, swimming pool water or mains water.

Please note/ Additional heavy metal samples are priced at $60 per sample however if you require multiple metal testing, these are priced at $30 extra per sample per metal.

In Depth Water Analysis
The purpose of an In Depth Water Analysis is to identify potential water contaminants in your drinking water and bathing/shower water supply, whether it be from municipal, bore or tank water.
An In Depth Water Analysis involves:
- a pre assessment questionnaire
- a background check of water supplier
- an onsite assessment (1-2 hours dependent on number of samples taken, etc)
- comprehensive report
- follow up call

A Melbourne Municipal Water Report includes the Australian standards, health concerns associated with Melbourne municipal water supply and a detailed list of recommendations. If you wish to identify specific individual contaminants, then you may be interested in an In Depth Water Analysis, where sampling is carried out

Mould and Moisture Assessment
The purpose of a Mould and Moisture Assessment is to identify sources and potential sources of mould.
A Mould and Moisture Assessment involves:
- a pre assessment questionnaire
- an onsite assessment (3-5 hours dependent of build, moisture damage, mould damage, etc)
- executive summary email or comprehensive report
- follow up call
The onsite assessment involves:
- a brief discussion about the questionnaire
- an internal and external visual inspection
- moisture mapping of building materials to assist in determining sources of problematic moisture
- identifying inadequate ventilation
- quantifying visual microbial growth
- laboratory testing to assist in determining mould load/burden and/or mould species present (please note that laboratory samples incur additional costs)

Pre-Lease/Pre-Purchase Preliminary Assessment
The purpose of a Pre-Lease/Pre-Purchase Preliminary Assessment is to conduct an overall preliminary evaluation of potential environmental aspects that may potentially impact the health of the occupants.
An Pre-Lease/Pre-Purchase Preliminary Assessment considers:
- your specific concerns or requirements
- an onsite assessment
- possible external sources of chemical contamination/pollution, electromagnetic fields and radio-frequencies, such as nearby industry, powerlines, substations and mobile cell towers
- internal assessments of problematic electromagnetic fields and radio-frequencies, such as AC electric and magnetic fields from building wiring and radio-frequencies from dwelling’s smart meter
- internal moisture assessment for potential mould issues
- age and quality of building materials present
- comprehensive report if required
